Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

1.1 Full refund available only within 2 hours of purchase.

After 2 hours, campaigns are activated and funds are committed—therefore all sales become final.

1.2 After the 2-hour window, no refunds or cancellations are permitted.

1.3 If we are unable to deliver your full order within 7 business days, you will receive a partial refund or credit solely for undelivered leads.


2. Replacement Lead Policy

You may submit a replacement request within 48 hours only if:

  • Phone is disconnected/not in service
  • Lead is outside requested state
  • Lead does not speak English
  • Lead is over age 85

We may verify returned leads manually or automatically, including contacting the consumer.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for Aged Leads or any other reason.


3. Return Rate Limitation

If your rolling 14-day Return Rate exceeds 30%, replacement requests will be paused until additional leads are purchased to reduce the rate.


4. Chargeback Liability for Affiliates

If you refer a customer using a promotional or affiliate code, you agree to be financially responsible for any chargebacks or disputes filed by that customer, including all associated fees and penalties.


5. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee sales, appointments, contact rates, or ROI. Leads are prospects only.


6. Finality of Transactions

All purchases are final after 2 hours.

Disputes must be handled internally; chargebacks are strictly prohibited under the Terms of Service.
